KeY ReSPOnSIBILITIeS

  • Assist with design concepts, space planning, finish palettes, and presentation materials for luxury residential interiors.


  • Support sourcing of furnishings, lighting, textiles, art, accessories, stone, plumbing, and other high-end materials aligned with the project vision and budget.


  • Prepare polished client-facing presentations, mood boards, design schemes, and supporting visual materials with a high level of aesthetic sensitivity.


  • Help maintain accurate project documentation, including selections, specifications, schedules, pricing, and sample organization.


  • Coordinate with vendors, showrooms, artisans, workrooms, contractors, and installers to support seamless project execution.


  • Attend site visits, showroom appointments, and installation days; document conditions, track details, and support field coordination as needed.


  • Monitor quotes, lead times, order updates, and sample requests with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.


  • Uphold firm standards for presentation, communication, discretion, and service throughout every phase of the client experience.

QUaLIFICaTIOnS

Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.

1-3 years of relevant design experience, internships, or studio experience.

Luxury residential experience is a PLUS.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office

Experience with rendering, procurement, or project management tools is a plus.

Strong knowledge of furniture, finishes, textiles, materials, and sourcing with an eye for proportion composition, and elevated design.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple details, deadlines, and follow-ups with care.

Professional written and verbal communication skills with a client-service mindset and a polished presence.

Ability to work both collaboratively and independently while maintaining discretion and a high standard of execution.

A portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful design, technical ability, material sensitivity, and strong visual presentation.
